Commercial real estate sales productivity software platform Digsy AI has been aggressively courting broker teams with its promise to help them accelerate the conversion of prospects into new business. Founded by former commercial real estate agent Andrew Bermudez, and software engineer Alex Bloore, the Southern California-based company has just added several new features to help agents and sales reps automate their workflow.

Users now have the ability to automatically sync any emails sent and received from prospects to their Digsy AI contact database. The feature supports syncing with Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Google GSuite, and many popular IMAP email services like Yahoo & Aol. In addition, users are able to import contacts from their email service contacts database. The company claims that these new features help its users save hours logging sales email activities and creating contacts. Users are able track all communications without having to BCC a forgettable email address and pick up conversations with database contacts all from the Digsy AI software platform.

The company is also introducing custom email templates. This feature enables users to create pre-set email templates to quickly contact, follow-up or respond to prospects. Users are able to set default email templates for initial contact or follow-up scenarios. Digsy AI claims that this feature enables users to contact and follow-up with dozens of prospects in just under 60 seconds.

Bermudez said: “The importance of highly productive workflows have been neglected by existing sales software systems. ToutApp has reported that 71% of sales reps say they spend too much time on data-entry. Many still develop software that burdens sales reps with manual work, but we’re laser-focused on developing software that empowers them with high productivity so they can spend more time growing sales instead of doing admin work.”

Digsy’s users include agents and sales reps at CBRE, JLL, Colliers International, NAI Capital, Farmers Insurance and Sandler Sales Training, among others.

“Digsy AI has been a game changer for me. The intuitive platform makes it easy to prioritize my daily sales, networking and keeps my prospecting consistent. I recommend it to my all my associates,” saif Derek Newton, Broker Associate at CBRE.

CRE teams anywhere can sign up for a free 14-day trial of the service from the Digsy AI website.
